It all felt so different, and suddently it didn’t anymore

This is a story about how cross-cultural exchange takes you to an eternal domino of questions, that constantly shifts the horizon. A story making you wish to understand, yet accepting that you cannot. A story making you act anyway, towards the things you wish for. This is an anthologhy of people and their hopes. We would love to share it with you.

Taking what we’ve got

…exploring mediums of creative expression to encourage cultural exchange and lifelong learning. In this portfolio you will meet our attemt to bend our own minds. We passionatly invite you to do the same thing, sharing our extremely inspiring content as well as the network and practical infomation we’ve gained.

The Hope Anthology

for here comes the remarkably overlooked core

To pause and accept where you are. To face the fact that not knowing where you’re headed isn’t the end of the world. To sit by the ocean, the riverbank, or wherever you can catch sight of a horizon. Maybe you’ll even see it with your eyes closed. You know you’re unsure, and maybe, in some way, that’s kind of exciting. In that stillness, you start to notice what’s around you—and what’s inside you. Your creative spark lets you find meaning in the sudden flight of a bird or the roughness of a rock. As you start to feel the worth inside you, you begin to see it in others too. Listen to what keeps them going, and let them listen to you.

“Cómo se relaciona el arte con las demás áreas”

We met María in Iquitos, Peru. As she works on her thesis to become an arts teacher, she radiates inspiration and embraces it from the world around her. Despite the challenges she has faced, her desire to give back remains strong—whether by fighting illiteracy in her community, teaching children in the hospital, or, most importantly, sharing her hope with others.

INTERCULTURAL EXCHANGE

By now you should know that we consider exchange of humanity very important. If that’s to be with the random guy at the closest bus stop or a bus stop on the other side of the globe is of less importance. However, here follows a list of people open for virtual or physical exchange that we’ve met through our quarter a decade of obsessive socialisation.
