self reflection should be a lifelong process where you take time examining your thoughts, beliefs, behaviours, feelings and circumstances. It include self clarity where you explore your interest, values and skills.

1. Pattern identification
- Take a papper and write about a particular activity.
- Write about a specific time when it was enjoyable.
- Write about a specific time when it was less so.
- Write all the details. The people involved? Feelings? Thoughts? Challenges? Successes? Motivations?
- After everything is written down, look at t and reflect. Try to see any types of pattern?
- How can his information learn something about you? Your goals? Values? Aptitudes? Personal style? Interests?
- How does this suggest regarding your career choice? List these findings.
